The Executive Employer^® Conference brings together industry leaders, legal visionaries, and workplace innovators. During the three-day event, we will examine the most significant L&E legal developments. The conference is designed for in-house legal counsel, C-suite leadership, and senior executives in compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, human resources, IE&D, labor, privacy, and workforce solutions.

The 2026 Executive Employer Conference will be held at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, AZ. The conference fee is $2,495. Registration will open in February 2026. More details will be available in early 2026. This is an invitation-only event.
