Attendees will have the opportunity to book hotel reservations during the conference registration process. The special hotel room rate of $309 plus taxes is only available when completing the conference registration form. Please do not book your room directly through the hotel.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is located 22 miles away from the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort.

Transportation

On Wednesday, May 7, complimentary transportation will take guests from Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport to the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., departing approximately every half hour. Look for greeters with Littler Mendelson signs in the baggage claim area and they will direct you to the shuttle. If you cannot find the shuttle, call Jenny Moran at 480.226.6881.

On Friday, May 9, complimentary transportation will begin at 10:30 a.m. and run until 2:00 p.m., departing approximately every half hour. Shuttles will depart from the ballroom level next to the Sunset Lawn.

Please note: If you require transportation outside of the above shuttle schedule, you will need to arrange your own transportation. You can take a ride share or taxi. The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service.
